Mitch did everything he could to let me know about the ones that I was interested in. They have a great selection of motorcycles on the showroom floor. "The Chopper Gallery did everything that was possible to insure that I was completely satisfied with the bike and the deal. Thanks for being awesome guys and my time is valuable so please understand future buyers that if I'm willing to write this long review. Great shop, great people, great service and great prices. If you live far, make sure they have the bike you want and it's worth the drive. Financing was straight forward no gimmicks (Sorry I don't remember her name but she runs the show and does a great job ) ) and walked away with a great bike. Karson in sales was a no hassle great salesmen, the owner was around and aware but had prices set to honest expectable price points. Out of all the large financial purchases I made thoughout the years this was by far in the top 2. I came back a few days later, all the documents were ready to go with finance and I signed my documents and was out the door with an amazing bike parked out front in less then an hour. I secured my down payment with the shop since they were very transparent on the risk of sign and drive policies.
Pleasantly to my surprise they found financing that lowered my APR a bit so I got an even lower down payment and monthly payment then anticipated. I checked out the bike, already had a good idea of my credit and down payment I planned to use.
Saturday morning, I was at the door when they opened. Late on a Friday night I noticed the site had been updated and a gangster deluxe was onsite. There were a few extra's but not to my liking but they did have the site very accurate and I did gain a lot of keen insight from the sales team. Not only were they knowledgeable about bikes in general but they offered the kind of customer service I could only have dreamed of! I came down from Chico, California with the intent to purchase a quality motorcycle but what I did not expect was to become part of a family that guided me through each step from brainstorming ideas to ultimately finding the perfect motorcycle for me."I started with checking the site weekly and made two onsite visits with hopes that something maybe on location that was posted yet. "Ok, I don't even know where to start.The Chopper Gallery has some of the finest individuals one could hope to encounter while making a purchase of ANY kind of motorcycle. He also suggested a shipping company to get my bike up to Montana - it made it there without a scratch. answered tons of questions and took care of a small HD recall issue ASAP to make sure the bike would be ready for export. The service guys got me the extra parts I wanted and installed them pronto. The communication was top notch throughout the entire process. Kristi was awesome! She walked me through the financial transaction requirements and assembled all the paperwork required to export a bike from the US to Canada - all the information was perfect and I had no issues at either border. Sweet deal and even sweeter customer service! I got great pictures and the team there answered all of my questions. "INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - SHOP HERE! I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and recently bought a 2008 HD Crossbones. THESE BIKES/INVENTORY ARE SWEET!!! My word of advise. I wish I had more money to buy 2 or 3 more. This is the best place to go for your ride. When my bike was ready for pickup, Ernie was cool enough to go through all the ins and outs of my bike one more time before I hit the rode. Kristi was sweet and patient with our finance dealings and also answered my questions over the phone. They will NEVER pressure you on ANYTHING. Karson and Mike are awesome in the sales area and will answer all your questions. These guys are the most friendliest guys and gals you'll ever meet at a 'dealership'. And as far as the prices go, go stroll down the street to the HD dealer, you'll get 'sticker shock' and come right back! Most of the bikes at CG are either fully customized, partial, or (in some rare occasions) stock.
The bikes that they have on the showroom floor are all fantastic machines. "Overall great experience with no hassle at all.
